I wasn’t totally sure how my cat would feel about it, but she seems to really like it. She keeps coming back to it, so I’m taking that as a win.

The bed itself looks really nice, so I wanted to love it, but the sizing threw me off. I bought the medium for my cat and it still feels snug, he can fit, but not as comfortably as I hoped. For the price, I was expecting the size info to be a bit more accurate. It’s not awful, just kind of disappointing.

I ordered from tuft + paw sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the whole shipping process was way smoother than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up right around when it said it would. The box was in good shape too, nothing crushed or missing. just a simple, hassle-free experience, which I really appreciate. I’d order from them again.

I can see what they’re trying to do with the whole clean, minimal vibe, and some of it does look nice. But then I kept looking through the cat stuff and it just felt a little too plain for my taste. Also kind of pricey-looking, if that makes sense, and I’m not sure it would really fit in with my home. The colors are muted too, which can be nice, but I was hoping for something a bit more fun or playful

My cat seems super comfortable with it and has been sleeping on it nonstop. I’m glad she likes it, but part of me is like, okay, are you ever going to move again?

I bought this cat tree it’s really good quality for the price. I was worried it might feel cheap, but, actually, my cat uses it every single day, so I definitely don’t feel like I wasted my money.

I like how it looks, and my cat had no problem using it. But since the litter still comes out with her paws, it ends up getting tracked around the floor more than I expected. It’s not a huge deal, but it does mean I’m sweeping more often, which is a little annoying.

I was kind of expecting it to be annoying to clean, maybe even a little fussy, but it’s not bad at all. A quick wipe and it looks fine again, so I don’t really have any complaints there.

I ordered a cat bed from tuftandpaw.com and, naturally, my cat acted like it didn’t exist. The return process was straightforward from what I remember, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or explain the situation over and over.

The only part that felt a bit slow was the refund. I think it showed up about a week after they received the bed back, which isn’t terrible, but I did find myself checking my bank more than I probably needed to.

Overall, it was a decent experience. Customer service seemed helpful, the return went through fine, and I’d say it all worked out. Would’ve been better if the refund came a little quicker, but it wasn’t a major headache

The assembly ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I thought it’d be quick, but it took much longer than it should have and got annoying fast. Anyway.

This has really helped keep the litter box smell under control. It was super easy to use, and I noticed a difference quickly. Definitely makes the whole process a lot less unpleasant

I’ve had this for a little while now, and my cat has been scratching it pretty much every day since it arrived. So far, it still looks really good. No wobbling, nothing feels loose, and it seems way sturdier than I expected.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated since I was ordering it for my sister. It did take one extra email to get everything fully sorted, but they were friendly and helpful the whole time. Overall, a good experience.

So, I got a cat tree from tuft + paw a few months ago, it still looks pretty much brand new. Like, the wood feels really sturdy and heavy, the fabric is nice and tight, and nothing has started wobbling or feeling loose, even when my big cat goes charging up onto it.
I mean, it was definitely more than I usually spend on cat furniture, but the quality is just, like, noticeably better. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would easily give it 5 stars...
